The police have arrested ten people for allegedly smuggling bovine and seized 10 vehicles in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district.
The police, during a checking at Moghal road, found 10 vehicles carrying 63 bovines without any permission, a police officer said.
All the 10 vehicles have been seized and the accused drivers Shezad Hussain, Basharat Hussain, Shezad Salam,Tariq Mehmood, Afaq Ahmed, Faheem, Mohd Arif, Abdul Qayoom, Mohd and Jammel Ahmed have been arrested, the officer said.
A case has been registered against the accused and the probe is on, he said.
