A clash between the residents of two adjoining blocks sparked tension in east Delhi's Trilokpuri, prompting the deployment of a large police contingent in the area which had seen communal trouble in October of last year.
"Clashes erupted between residents of Blocks 26 and 27. It all started after some youths entered into an argument over parking, which spiralled into street fights.
"A large contingent of policemen in anti-riot gear has been deployed in the area and the situation is under control," said a senior police official.
