A Magistrate Court today ordered that terror suspects 'Police' Fakruddin and Bilal Malik, arrested in connection with the murder of a BJP leader, be sent to Vellore prison and adjourned the case to November 25.

Judicial Magistrate Vijayalakshmi ordered that they need not be brought to the Salem court from Vellore and adjourned the case.

Earlier, there was an altercation between police personnel and press photographers. Police allegedly snatched the cameras and did not allow photos of the accused to be taken. Journalists protested following which a CB-CID official apologized.

The suspects were brought here on October 31 and remanded to 12-day judicial custody. The duo were arrested in connection with the July 19 murder of BJP state general secretary V Ramesh.

'Police' Fakruddin, arrested on October 4, is among three key suspects held in the 2011 'Advani pipe bomb case'. The other two suspects are Panna Ismail and Malik.

Ismail and Malik were nabbed at Putur on the Tamil Nadu-Andhra Pradesh border on October 5 in a joint operation by police forces of both states.
