As application forms fell short for Teachers Recruitment Test, candidates who had queued up outside the centres created a commotion.

Incidents were reported from Alipurduar, Islampur, Basirhat, Dum Dum in Kolkata, etc.

State education minister Partha Chatterjee said he has not heard of any problem.

"I have not heard anything. If some people did not get forms today they will get it the next day, I can assure them," he said.
