Thane Municipal Commissioner Sanjeev Jaiswal today said budget for 2017-18 will take into consideration requirements of the citizens.
"Along with the budget proposals, I will present a vision document for the next five years for the city," Jaiswal told reporters here.
Civic officials are preparing the said document, he said, adding suggestions of the citizens would also find a place in it.
