Thane city today recorded the maximum temperature of 43.1 degrees Celsius.
This was perhaps the highest temperature recorded in the city so far this year, said an official of Thane Municipal Corporation.
The maximum temperature in the city is rising in the last few days. It was 41.4 degrees Celsius on March 25.
