Kiss guitarist Gene Simmons says the rock band The Beatles had the biggest impact on men's fashion in the past century.
Simmons, 65, said rockers John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr made fashion statement by sporting long locks, reported the New York Post.
"Not since the Renaissance have men felt comfortable in public wearing long hair, which opened the door to the counter culture. The Beatles had a societal impact on par with the advent of the birth control pill," the musician said.
