'The Frontier Gandhi' screened at LIFF

Filmmaker Terry Mechulen's 'The Frontier Gandhi' was screened for the first time in India on the second day of the Ladakh International film festival (LIFF) here.

The second edition of the film festival was inaugurated yesterday by veteran lyricist Gulzar, who would be showcasing his debut film 'Mere Apne' during the three-day event.

Milkha Singh biopic 'Bhag Milkha Bhag' was also screened at the festival yesterday.

Mr Abdalli, Ambassador of Afghanistan in India, was the chief guest at the screening today and Gen Chachra, the chief of Northern Commend was Guest of Honor.

During the screening of 'The Frontier Gandhi' held at Sanskrit Kala Kendra, the Auditorium was jam packed with the audience.
 

Renewed filmmaker Aperna Sen also attended the event.
