Grammy-winning singer Pharrell Williams has admitted that the singing reality show "The Voice" has not produced any big names in the music industry yet.
Williams, 42, who is a judge on the US version of the show, said he spends most of his time telling contestants that just being on the show does not make them successful, reported Daily Mirror.
"99 per cent of people who have been on these shows don't find success even if they win. That's what contestants have to come to terms with," he said.
"This is not the be all and end all, this is the spring board, it's not the pool. I spend most of my time reminding them this is a pit stop for you," he added.
