The house of a retired IG of CRPF was burgled and the thieves decamped with cash, jewellery and licenced pistol, the police said today.
According to the complaint lodged by P C Joshi, the retired CRPF IG, two days back his driver had called two domestic maid, who left the house after a few hours, Sector 39 police station in-charge Avnish Dixit said.
Yesterday, when upon checking an almirah, he found his licenced pistol, four silver statues, one kg silver brick, USD 500 and other valuable goods were missing, Dixit said.
An FIR has been registered and investigation into the case is underway.
