Thieves broke into the office of Pakistan's Chief Election Commissioner and stole his laptop and other important documents containing some sensitive and important data.
According to 'Dawn News' channel Fakhruddin G Ebrahim's laptop was stolen from the ECP's office in Karachi.
"Not only the laptop but other important documents have also been stolen from the ECP office during a break-in," the channel said.

The General Elections for the national and provincial assembly seats are due to be held on May 11.
The EC has in the run up to the elections been collecting sensitive and important data about the prospective candidates with regard to their financial dealings in the past and educational background.
