The third accused in the gang rape case of a 17-year-old girl in Safdarjung Enclave area has been arrested, police said today.
The accused, identified as Tinku, who was driving the car in which the teenage girl was gangraped on Tuesday night, was arrested yesterday, police said.
The girl was gangraped allegedly by three youths, who were known to the victim, in a car after she went with them for a drive in south Delhi's posh Safdarjung Enclave area on Tuesday night.

Two of the accused, identified as Narender and Rohit were arrested the next day of the crime. Tinku and Narender are cousins.
In the police complaint, the victim alleged that the boys offered her some drink laced with sedatives. As she felt unconscious, they took turns to rape her in the car and then left her near her home and fled.
The victim along with her family members had lodged a complaint against the trio.
After rape was confirmed in the medical examination of the girl, a case under section 376 of the IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 (POCSO) was registered.
The victim is a class IX student at a private school here while the accused stay near her house and knew the girl of which they took advantage, police said.
