The Supreme Court had allowed e-auctioning of the ore while the case related to illegal mining was on.
The final judgement has said the collections from the e-auctioning should go to the state treasury.
The auctioning has been conducted through Metal Scrap Trading Corporation (MSTC) and is being monitored by a SC constituted committee headed by U V Singh.
State Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar had recently said that the economic activity in the mining belt would resume following e-auctioning of ore, which will have to be exported.
According to the estimates, there is around 15 million tonnes of the ore lying at various places including jetties and MPT, which was on its way to be exported before the SC ordered suspension of the mining activity in the state.
