Acting on the complaints, a team of PHE visited several areas of Kalakote belt in Rajouri district and found 13 officials of PHE absent from duties in various offices, officials said today.
Soon after this, PHE Assistant Ex-Engineer (AEE) of Sub-Division Koteranka recommended the matter to Executive Engineer PDE Rajouri, who suspended them, they said.
