Travel firm Thomas Cook (India) today said its arm Quess Corp has entered into definitive agreements for acquiring Comtel Solutions, Singapore.
"Quess Corp Ltd (formerly known as IKYA Human Capital Solutions Limited), a subsidiary of Thomas Cook (India) Ltd, has entered into definitive agreements for acquiring Comtel Solutions Pte Ltd, Singapore on February 6, 2017," Thomas Cook (India) Ltd said in a BSE filing.
It, however, did not specify the amount.
According to Comtel's website, the company has been in business for over a decade and has expanded across Asia Pacific and across several industry verticals.
Its divisions work across various sectors and the solutions developed by it cover those for the banking, high-tech manufacturing, telecommunication, logistics and health care industries.
