Forest officials today
arrested three persons when they were sharing the meet of a deer they had hunted down in the Srivilliputhur forest area near here.
On a tip off that a deer had been hunted forest officials conducted searches at M P K Puthupatti Kappu forest areas.
They found three poachers sharing the meet of a five year old deer and arrested them.
Judicial Magistrate Kavitha remanded them the 15 days of Judicial custody.
