CB-CID today seized fake currency notes with a face value of Rs 25.50 lakh and arrested three persons in this connection.
The fake currency was in Rs 1,000 and Rs 500 denomination police said.
Kittu alias Krishnamoorthy (33) of Illupure, Ramadass(69) of Tirukattupalli, Augastin Selvaraj of Manaparai were arrested, they said.
The accused who were produced before a local court, which remanded them to judicial custody till August one.
