Three persons were arrested after almost two kgs of Charas was recovered from their car during vehicle checking in a town here, police said today.
According to Superintendent of Police (Mandi) R S Negi, three persons were arrested after 1.958 kgs of Charas was recovered from their car during vehicle checking at Pungh Naka in Sudernagar town here.
The accused -- Hukum, Rakesh and Chet Ram -- were booked under relevant sections of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Negi said, adding that their vehicle had been impounded.
