Three young boys were killed when a motorcycle on which they were travelling skidded and turned turtle in the dense forest area here, police said today.
The deceased were identified as Ravi (21), Vishnu and Pradeep, (both 18 years), the police said.
The mishap occurred yesterday when the boys were returning after taking a bath in Galtaji kund, a religious place, and their bike skidded and slipped into the forest area hitting a tree, the police said.
Vishnu died on the spot, while Pradeep and Ravi succumbed to their wounds at the SMS hospital later in the night, they said.
