Three children drowned in a ditch here, police said today.
Anurag (12) fell into a ditch while playing with his friends in Sukhrampur Bankat village in Maharajganj area yesterday, they said.
His friends Shivam (11) and Anshu (12) also jumped into the ditch to save him but all the three drowned, police said, adding that their bodies were later fished out by locals.
