Three children drowned in a tank near the famous Nagueshi temple in North Goa District today, police said.
Ponda police identified the deceased as Aditi Bhat (12), Bhuvaneshwar Bhat (8) and Shravan Hola (7), all from Karnataka.
They were visiting the temple with their parents, police said.
The three apparently entered the water when their parents were performing puja and drowned, said a senior police official.
Further probe is on, he said.
