Suraj (7), Gudiya (14) and an unidentified boy were killed when the vehicle carrying over a dozen pilgrims, mostly women and children, overturned while negotiating a turn near Chirai, they said.
Five persons who were injured in the accident have been admitted to a hospital, they added.
