The deceased were identified as Ranjana Achary (14), a class-IX student in Aska, Nandi Barada (18) of Mantapada and Sunita Gouda (21), mother of a ten-month-old baby of Sidhanai village, they said.
While Ranjana and Sunita committed suicide by hanging themselves at their houses, Nandi ended her life by consuming poison yesterday, they said.
