Three persons were crushed to death by a speeding matador in Karhal town here this morning.
Raj Kumar, Santosh Kumar and Vipin Kumar were run over by the vehicle while they were going to attend a coaching for police recruitment, police said.
The driver fled from the spot leaving behind the vehicle, they said.
Later, family members and villagers held a protest and blocked traffic movement, according to police.
