Three persons, including a child, were killed when they were run over by a train while crossing a rail track today near Kantdaral village here.
Sarida Bibi (28), her 4-year-old son Ruhul Amin and another woman, identified as Akhlima Bibi (35), died after being hit by Guwahati-Janja train, a GRP official said.
While both the women died on the spot, the injured child succumbed to his wounds in hospital, he said.
