The mishap occurred in the morning hours when nearly 17 members of a Ahmedabad-based catering company were returning from Bhuj in the jeep, they said.
Three persons were killed on the spot, police said, adding the injured were rushed to Surendra Nagar and Ahmedabad civil hospitals.
A complaint has been filed in this regard and further investigations are on, they added.
