Three dead, eleven hurt after man crashes at Guam resort

Hagatna (Guam), Feb 13 (AP) Guam police say three people are dead after a man crashed a car into a convenience store at a resort, then got out and began stabbing those around him. Pacific Daily News in Hagatna, Guam reported yesterday that 11 others were hurt after the crash at the Plaza and Outrigger Resort Guam. Guam police Chief Fred Bordallo says authorities have a suspect in custody, described as a "young adult male." A woman at a nearby cafe with friends told a newspaper that she saw the car plow through the driveway of the resort. Ashley Quichocho of Dededo says the driver got out, ran up to bystanders and began stabbing them. The 18-year-old says she ran to the second floor of the hotel with other guests to escape.
