Three die after their motorbike crashes into road divider

Three young men were killed after the motorcycle they were riding on crashed into a road divider in Petbasheerabad here in the early hours of today, police said.

According to sub-inspector G Srinivas of the Petbasheerabad police, the incident happened at around 1:30 am.

One Anil Kumar, who was driving the motorcycle, lost control and crashed into the divider, he said.

"Anil Kumar and one Ratan died on the spot while the third person on the motorbike, Amanraj, was declared dead on arrival by doctors after he was rushed to a hospital," said Srinivas.

All three, he said, were between aged 21 to 22 years.
 

While Kumar had completed a hotel management course, Ratan and Amanraj were engineering student, police said.
