A biker and two persons riding pillion were killed when a truck hit their motorcycle on a national highway passing near Rayachoty town in the district today, police said.
Rayachoty Urban Circle Inspector Maheswara Reddy said that the motorcycle caught fire in the incident, charring to death two of the three deceased.
The deceased are identified as Venkata Ramana, Gangaiah, and Prasad.
A case has been registered and further investigation is on.
It is not known whether the truck driver was arrested.
