Three foreign trekkers die in north-west Nepal

Kohen Cran, 26, an Israeli national died as he fell off a wooden bridge at Jomsom in Mustang district.

Another trekker Elke Heinig, 53, from Germany, died due to altitude sickness at Hiden village in Dhaulagiri district.

Austrian trekker Joseph Johan, 62, died of a heart attack at Surkhang village of Mustang district, according to the police.

Kohen and Johan died while undergoing treatment, police inspector Rajendra Pokharel of District Police Office Mustang told reporters.
