Three persons were arrested after 97 kgs of ganja was recovered from their possession in Ganjam district, a police official said today.
The three accused, who were allegedly smuggling the contraband in their car from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh to Bihar, were arrested during checking at Golanthara on the National Highway yesterday.
The arrested persons were identified as B K Rao (60), W Kumar (23) and Jai Kumar Rao (25), he said.
