Three members of a gang have been arrested from Madhya Pradesh's Ratlam district for allegedly carrying 3 kg opium worth Rs 32 lakh, the police said Thursday.
The trio were nabbed from Jaora town on a specific tip-off Wednesday, said State Narcotics Wing Additional Director General (ADG) Varun Kapoor.
The consignment of 3.2 kg opium was seized from a car.
A case has been registered under NDPS (Narcotics Drug and Psychotropic Substances) Act and further investigation is underway, he said.
