Three persons were injured in an armed clash between two groups during village pradhan elections in Rudrapur village here, police said today.
The incident took place yesterday when an argument between two individuals - Amar Singh and Hemant - escalated and their supporters opened fire at each other, they said.
Police said the injured, Amar Singh, Sanjeev and Hemant were admitted to a hospital.
Both the groups lodged an FIR against each other, they said.
Police said they are investigating the matter. However, no arrests have been made so far.
