Raju (21) and Asif (40) were killed when the driver of the tanker lost control and it dashed into the stationary mini truck, SP (Rural) Shiv Shankar Singh said.
The identity of the third victim has not been established so far.
The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital where the condition of four is stated to be serious, they added.
