Three persons including a girl were killed and five others injured when the jeep they were travelling in fell into a gorge, nine kms away from Mussoorie.
The mishap occurred at 10 AM when the driver of the jeep lost control while trying to overtake another vehicle, authorities at Mussoorie police station said.
The injured were rushed to a local hospital in Mussoorie from where the deceased girl, who had sustained critical injuries was referred to a hospital in Dehradun.
