Three people were killed and as many injured on Friday when the vehicle they were travelling in fell into a deep gorge in Himachal Pradesh's Hamirpur district, the police said.
The car was returning from Jwalamukhi when the accident occurred near Jhokhar village, Hamirpur Superintendent of Police Arjit Sen Thakur said.
The deceased have been identified as Asha Devi (55), Kumari (23) and Bhumi Chand (20).
The injured have been admitted to Tounidevi hospital for treatment, he added.
