The car, which had two passengers besides the driver, first rammed into the motorcyclist, Rakesh Sharma, following which he landed on the vehicle's roof, police said.
Instead of stopping, the driver further drove the car and in the process mowed down two tribal women walking on the road at at Tekri, about 10km away from here, Sub-Divisional Officer of Police (SDOP) Sunil Shivhare told reporters.
The deceased women were identified as Parvati Saharia and Ramko Bai, police said.
After the incident, all three persons sitting inside the car abandoned it and fled, police said, adding a search has been launched for them.
