Three persons were killed in two separate incidents of lightning strike in West Bengal's Bankura district today, a senior police officer said.
Superintendent of Police, Sukhendu Hira said a woman and her daughter were killed when lightning struck them while they were working in the field at Rajagram village.
In another incident, one person was killed when lightning struck him while he was working in the field at Nittyanandapur village, the SP added.
