The mishap took place on NH-8 when the victims were on their way to Mabana area in the district, they said.
Out of the four occupants in the car, Ankit(16) and Ankur (12), both brothers, died at the spot while their driver Pushpendra succumbed to his injuries during the treatment in a hospital.
The injured has been admitted in the hospital in a serious condition, they said, adding that a case has been lodged against the absconding truck driver.
