Three persons including a woman were killed while two minors critically injured when their car collided with a truck on Hisar-Chandigarh road here today.
The deceased, identified as Subhash (35), his wife Mesar (30) and car driver Gurjeet Singh (25) were returning to their village Sahu when their vehicle collided with a truck coming from opposite direction near village Talwandi Rana, police said.
The two minors injured in the accident -- Sangeeta (5) and Sumit (9) were admitted to civil hospital here, they said.
The bodies of victims have been sent for post-mortem, police said, adding, a case has been registered against the driver of the truck and further investigations are on.
