Three people, including a woman, were killed and six others injured when a UP roadways bus collided with a cattle truck in Shamli district today.
The incident took place when a cattle-loaded truck collided with the roadways bus, killing three persons on the spot and three bovines in the mishap.
The accident took place near Saharanpur highway near Hind village under Thanabhawan police station in the district. The bus was on its way to Delhi from Saharanpur.
The deceased were identified as Shamshad (40), Nasir (45) and an 35-year-old unidentified woman.
The injured were shifted to the hospital.
