The mishap took place yesterday when women were trying to collect waste iron material from a heap and then suddenly, the waste fell on them, killing three of them on the spot, police said today.
The villagers working nearby reached the spot immediately and pulled them out of the debris.
The deceased were identified as Krishna (40), her daughter Renu (16) and Santra Devi (35), all residents of village Satrod in Hisar.
The condition of the injured, who was identified as Reena, was stated to be the critical and she was admitted to a private hospital here.
The bodies of the women were handed over to their relatives after post-mortem.
