Three new information commissioners appointed in Maharashtra

Maharashtra government today appointed three new information commissioners.

A notification from General Administration Department said K L Bishnoi, a retired IPS officer; Sambhaji Sarkunde, a reitired IAS officer, and former Tribal Commissioner and journalist Dilip Dharurkar were being appointed as information commissioners.

They would have a tenure of five years or till the age of 65, whichever is earlier, the notification added.
