Three women of a tribal family here mowed down by a train near Anand railway station when they were trying to cross the rail tracks, police said today.
The incident took place last evening about 35 kms from here when they came under the wheels of Garib Rath Express when it was on its way to the railway station, they said.
The victims were returning home after offering prayers at a temple on Vidyanagar road.
The deceased have not been identified yet. Further probe is underway.
