Three persons, who allegedly floated a new rebel outfit 'Nai Sashastra People's Morcha', were arrested in Hazaribagh district, the police said today.
The arrested were identified as Umesh Pandey, who is the 'commander' of the outfit, Harendra Ganju and Mukesh Kumar Rana, Superintendent of Police Manoj Kaushik said here.
He said they were arrested when they were going towards Hazaribagh from Giridih district's Bagodar town by motorcycles on NH-100 under Bishnugarh police station last night.

The three were also wanted in connection with killing of two persons in neighbouring Chatra district, the SP said.
Another person was detained for interrogation.
During interrogation the three accused confessed to having had links with other rebel outfits---Jharkhand Prastuti Committee and Trititya Prastuti Committee and had since broke away from the groups, he said.
