Three persons were killed and 22 others were injured in two separate mishaps in the district, police said today.
The first incident happened late last night at Ghuwara, about 90 km away from the district, when a mini-truck carrying a marriage party overturned, killing Haria Ahirwar (30) and Ravi Kiran Ahirwar (20) and injuring 17 persons, they said.
In another accident in the district, which also happened late last night, a jeep carrying a marriage party overturned near Lugasi killing a person on the spot and injuring 15 others, police said.
The deceased was the brother of the bridegroom, police added.
