Three people were apparently run over by moving trains in separate incidents here on Tuesday, police said.
Two men were found dead at Dakaniya railway station have been identified as Mahavir Kirad (40), a resident of Prem Nagar-II, and Dinesh alias Shyambihari Bairagi (26), a resident of Kota, Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police at Udhyog Nagar Police Station Bhagwan Das Sharma said.
The bodies were handed over to their family members after post-mortem, the ASI said.
In a similar incident, an unidentified body was found on the tracks at Motipura railway station, said Government Railway Police in charge at Baran, Satyanarayan Choudhary. The deceased person was most likely to have been run over by moving Jabalpur Express that passes through the area early morning, he added.
The body has been placed in the mortuary in a hospital here and efforts are underway to ascertain his identity, the GRP official said.
