Additional sessions judge of fast track court, R N Mishra awarded life imprisonment to the three for the murder of Sambhu Singh of Madalbazar in Remuna area after examining witnesses and going through evidences.
According to prosecution, the convicts - Kalia Singh (26) Chagulia Singh (23) and Narayan Majhi (25) - of Madalbazar of Remuna had killed victim Sambhu Singh of the same village on September 28, 2008 with sharp weapon.
Kalia had some dispute with his brother-in-law Sambhu Singh and both had an altercation on September 22. Following this he along with the two other convicts had killed Sambhu on September 28. PTI COR SKN CR CR
