Three policemen injured as roadways bus hits PCR

Three policemen were injured as a speeding bus hit a PCR van, officials said.

The accident took place on GT road when driver Saurav Kumar was at the steering of the PCR van, they said.

Sub Inspector Kuber Singh, constable Rajkishore were sitting in the PCR with him.

On GT road, near toll plaza, a roadways bus en-route Bareilly to Delhi rammed into the van which fell into a ditch, they said.

Passers-bye rushed to help and pulled the policemen out of the PCR.

Dadri SHO Ram Sen Singh said, "The bus driver ran away from the scene. They injured were rushed to hospital. As wounds were minor they were discharged after dressing of wounds".
