Three Railway employees injured during repairing of wagon

Three Railway employees, including a woman, suffered burn injuries during the welding of a tank wagon at the yard of Baad railway station here.

"Enquiry will be conducted regarding the incident in which three Railway employees received burn injuries during the repair of a tank wagon at Baad Rrilway station yesterday," Bhupender Dhillon, PRO of DRM (NCR) office Agra, said.

While Railway employee Deepak and Ram Murti were discharged from hospital after first-aid, employee Poonam has been hospitalised in the Railway Hospital here.

"She is recovering fast," Dhillon said.

A Railway employee said there was a blast-type sound during the welding of the wagaon while another said the lid of the wagon suddenly opened with a loud sound.
